DATE: This program is a rolling program which can start when you are ready.
Depending on the number of students we have that are ready to start it will either be run as:
- A cohort of 2 to 6 students (where you will have some group learning sessions being mentored on full coaching sessions together and a bunch of 1 to 1 mentoring sessions)
- If no other students are ready to go when you are, you can still go ahead and will receive 10 hours of individual 1 to 1 mentoring
(Either format gives you mentoring from at least 3 different mentors)
10 hours of mentoring will increase your coaching expertise somewhat!
Once you start your mentoring program (the date of the first session) the program will be schedule to last not less than 3 months according to ICF stipulation.

MENTORS
Tina Southgate has been coaching for more than 20 years and training and mentoring coaches since 2015. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through International Coaching Federation (ICF). Tina has coached thousands of leaders, through group workshops and 1 to 1 programs. As founder of Destiny Coaching Ministries and author of the Co-Creative Coaching Model, she has a broad range experience of coaching across business, government, medical, ministry, church and charity sectors professionally spanning over more than two decades
Joy Shepard Baldridge has been coaching professionally since 2014 and mentoring other coaches since 2020. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, and a Master NLP Practitioner. She has over 1600 one-on-one coaching hours, working with more than 200 clients, and over 300 mentoring hours, working with more than 50 coaches. In addition to her private coaching practice, she works as a Fellow Coach for BetterUp (an international executive coaching firm). Joy also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Certificate in Computer Programming.
Laura Stephens-Reed has been coaching for 11 years, accumulating nearly 2000 one-on-one coaching hours in working primarily with ministry leaders. She received her Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2019 and trained as a Certified Mentor Coach in 2020. In addition to mentor coaching those who are applying for or renewing their ACC or PCC credentials, she serves as Advanced Mentor Coach for Coach Approach Ministries, helping candidates for the PCC credential prepare for their performance evaluations.
DAYS AND TIMES OF PROGRAM:
GROUP SESSIONS: Are usually run on Wednesdays 5pm-6pm UK time / 9am-10am PST / 12 noon-1pm EST or Thursdays various different times.
ONE TO ONE MENTORING SESSIONS: Arranged with you and your mentors at dates and times of mutual convenience, within the 3 month program duration. (Please note that the program can take longer than 3 months, but must take a minimum of 3 months).
COST: *£1,150 / $1495 USD*
*Payable in parts by reserving your spot initially with a £250 / $325 USD non-refundable holding deposit and paying balance by start of course.
*USD price is calculated based on a conservative exchange rate of 1.3. This rate does vary slightly within 5-10%
This is a mentor coaching process that includes ten hours of mentor coaching as stipulated in the above possible formats.
The mentor coaching will develop your coaching skills, highlight any 'red flags' (areas that need improving), get you ready for your ICF exam, and support and develop you into your professional coaching journey.
For those, who joined our program after June 2023, it will also include your evaluation, for you to then apply via the 'ICF Level 2 pathway'. For students who joined before this date you will apply for your credential via the 'ASCTH route' and will need to be evaluated by ICF directly.
For those taking this program and not planning to go apply for a credential no formal pass or fail evaluation will be necessary, although you will receive feedback and an indication at what level you are at.
For anyone who has studied another ICF approved program and is seeking to obtain their required 10 hours of mentor coaching, you are welcome to join this program.

By the end of this program you will have had feedback from 2-3 professional ICF mentors who hold a PCC or above. You will feel prepared for applying for your ICF credential. You will feel prepared for professional level coaching.
